Why is Parking Important?

Parker Station Professional Offices is unique in that it enjoys abundant parking for the business who call it home and their customers.  The original development concept for Parker Station anticipated having more parking than would normally be necessary for a building of its size.  With a variety of tenant uses ranging from restaurant and retail to professional office, Parker Station Professional Offices is fortunate to maintain one of the largest office parking lots in Parker.

For us, having too much parking has provided a very unique opportunity.  Recently, Parker Station Professional Offices “re-designed” its parking lot.  This new concept has maintained standard width parking spaces and also added extra wide parking for our visitors with SUV’s.  Normal parking spaces are 8.5 feet wide.  We have approximately 50 standard sized spaces.  In addition, we have created approximately 220 extra wide SUV parking spaces through the remainder of our lot.  This gives our guests plenty of room to get in and out of their vehicles.
